Garden tools are essential equipment for any gardener, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced horticulturist. We will familiarise you with some of the basic tools and their functions so that you can equip yourself to tackle a variety of garden tasks.

With so many plants to choose from, we will help you to classify, identify and choose the right plants for your garden. We will teach you how to analyse light levels in your garden including aspect and microclimates which influences the types of plants you can grow. We will also give you some basic planting and maintenance advice.

Finally, every garden has weeds!  We will help you understand what weeds are, why they thrive and how to keep them under control.
